Ladies, when we say we want to know the truth from a man, do we really? Do you ever wonder why he never tells you the truth? If he did, do you think you could handle it? I mean if he really told you your butt did look big in those jeans, would you stand there and smile, or would you freak out like a crazy person?
You should never ask the question if you can”t handle the truth, or if you can”t stand the lies. If you just can”t help yourself and you really have to know something, it is probably a good idea to be really prepared for what you might hear.
Otherwise the next time you want to know if your butt looks big in something, but you are not sure you will be able to handle what he will say, perhaps it would be best to take a look into that full length mirror we talked about in Bootylicious Rule #10 instead.
And understand, I do not blame those who want to know things, I want to know things too, but I also think we should be strong enough to deal with the answers to our questions. I am not saying we should stay in the dark about things or stick our heads in the sand.
More or less, I am really just thinking out loud.
